Organizational behaviour (OB) is considered to be a study of the manner in which individuals interact among groups. Usually, this study is utilized in an effort to improve the efficiency of business organizations. The core ideology of the organizational behaviour study is application of scientific approach to the management of workforce. The theories of organizational behaviour are employed for the purposes of human resource to increase the end result or output from members of the group in an individual manner. The field studies the behaviour of human within organizational environment and the communication that takes place among the organization and human behaviour. The field studies following three divided levels:
Micro-level, individuals within organizations
Meso-level, groups at work
Macro-level, the behaviour of organization
Strategy of diversity needs measures that are well defined in assessment of effectiveness and evaluation of outcomes if they are signed with the targets and objectives of the organization. It is essential that these measures are unambiguous and straightforward to ensure clear understanding among the leaders and employees. Some of these measures include rates of employee attrition, satisfaction of the workforce, new database of customer in market share, externalized recognition and awards for the efforts of diversity and satisfaction of workplace climate. Some of the other components for effective diversity encouraging program involve integration of training and education systems of organization, combination of other similar initiative, delivery to all employed staff inclusive of top management and planned inclusion of accountability.
