With the effective rewarding system, the HR manager can bring out optimum performances from the employees, which helps in improving the productivity of the employees, the organization and with improved productivity, the profitability of the organization is improved (Truss, Mankin and Kelliher, 2013).
Special mention: The HR manager often specially mentioned the good performance of the employees in from of the other employees. It helps in boosting up the confidence of the employees and also encourages the employees to deliver the best performance to the organization.
