In international business, workforce includes people from different backgrounds, cultures, countries, religions and nations. Project managers can cope with this critical issue by embodying training programs for all the staff that is helpful in bridging the cultural gap as well as take constructive output of this gap that is enhancing knowledge, experience, technical abilities and communication among workers. The training sessions should focus on how to convey bad news, surprising or uncertain situations and unanticipated conditions within the organization. Training programs should also focus on how to treat seniors and juniors within the organization, if there is any complaint towards senior how to request him for alteration, or if there is any complain towards junior how to guide him for correction. Communication related seminars and activities must be arranged. Moreover, managers are responsible to keep the work of their team in synchronized pace so that the organization is optimally benefitted.
