The concept culture might be defined in the same manner from a nation to the other and from a business to the other but the behaviours, values as well as experiences creating culture are quiet distinct. Even though the culture of a nation results in trickling into culture of an organization, it is essential to acknowledge that not every individual within a culture results in exhibiting traits.
