The major purpose aim of this report is to effectively design, plan, and construct the investment of a property fund into stocks of planned residential development organization. The decisions are to be taken within time and budget so that the fund can proceed towards the next stage of the development. Due to enhanced rates of population of growth and planned expansions of urban areas it can reasonably be predicted that such projects will enjoy greater level of success in coming future therefore, it is wise enough to invest in residential development project but the success of investment depends on successful completion of the projects being run by the Company. It is going to be a high budgeted investment as investment of $500 billion is going to be made in this particular residential development project in NSW. In addition to this, the reason behind investing in residential development organization is that this project is an effort to provide a quality and affordable housing facility to the NSW community. The project will be developed on 117ha of land that remained undeveloped in past. The investment will serve to increase the financial returns enjoyed by property Fund Company. In addition to these excellent residential facilities will be provided to residents of NSW region of Australia and it is going to be a big success if everything remains in accordance with the project plan.
