This study intends to portray the organisational change which has taken place within the organisation of Google. With respect to the literature review, it has outlined the various theories and the frameworks which work best with the aspects of leadership, information technology, culture as well as innovation. When it comes to the organisational change, the theories which have been used include organisational change management, psychological contract, resistance to change, sustaining change and behavioural change. The chosen organisation for this assignment is Google which started its journey in the year 1988. The founders of Google were still students when they actually founded the organisation. After 18 years passed after its foundation, Google was replaced by Googleplex. The main industries in which it operated included the application of mobile, computer software and the internet. Google was considered to be one of the most efficient service providers of online and it has proved itself to be the best time and again. It can be put forth that the advertising segment of Google was observed to comprise of Adsense andAdWords which were specifically for mobile phones. With the support of Google Analytics, both the website owners and the advertisers who are liable to identify the number of visitors present on the website. With respect to the study, it was observed that the main reason behind the change in the organisation was the exploration of various innumerable ideas like the Google Car and Google Glass which summoned the change in the organisation. The purpose of the organisational change was to expand the extent of the business. It was the founders who did not want to limit the opportunity for exploration and an experiment in the domain of technology. The stakeholders were observed to play a major role as far as organisational change is concerned .
