In many different contexts across the cultures and the people, it was evident that the resources played an integral role in the development of the student learning ability. Schools designs their language content and their course content based on their resource availability. This is also found to directly influence the ways in the providing of the scholarships, cash transfers to increase the schooling efforts. The test scores were low and unresponsive for the students that there was no access. The pedagogical reforms do have a profound impact on the ways in which the students learn. However, it was determined that the students in general are found to not gain access to these resources (Kremer, Brannen & Glennerster, 2013). Even though having the right approach towards teaching can enable the students to learn, while the lack of the resources and the training modules prevent the students from learning the subject. It was found that these issues were especially prominent in the lower education and in the post primary education. These were found to pose major challenges for the teachers as well as the students. The current education system does not favor the learning of the students in the rural communities. The students in the rural communities are found to face a number of issues the primary issue is the lack of resources for them to enable learning (Kremer, Brannen & Glennerster, 2013). It is determined that the students who have access to the right technology will show considerable improvement in their learning however this is found not to be the case in reality (Kremer, Brannen & Glennerster, 2013). There is a need to develop innovative technologies that are affordable. Development of intelligent tutoring system is essential for the students especially from the lower income group.
