Cross cultural management can be defined as the activity that involves the management of the work teams that would work in ways to consider the difference in cultures and in the preferences of the customers. It is used in the international and global business context. Many of the companies and corporation need to adapt or acclimate to the approaches to sustain on a level in fields that are lengthier by the physical geography with the online connections that are observed to be in common to the business and in the other situations. Some of the functions of the cross-cultural environments include the recruiting of the candidates that would be effective in the cross-cultural environments (Sun,2012). By this process, they would handle different environments that would be important for the business (Contini and Maturo, 2011). The training of the employee is to handle the intercultural communication issues and facilitate the cross-cultural teams. Human Resource policies and procedures are observed to be different as it all tries to align with the objective needs of the company in the free market.
