After short listing of the candidates first step of this process will be a written test which will be based upon the subject base knowledge. In this section, applicants logic based knowledge will be assessed by giving them different case studies and check their responses to check their technical knowledge strength and their logical response to different situations. In next step, those who will pass the first step will be asked to deliver a presentation in front of a panel of selectors on any random topic chosen by panel related to industry. This presentation will help selectors to judge applicants’ psychology as well as its comfort in presenting ideas (Hughes, Hillebrandt, Greenwood, & Kwawu, 2006).
After presentation, groups of four applicants will be made. They will be provided with a scenario related to the job and they will be asked to assign different position to the members of the group and discuss this scenario and propose a solution of this scenario before a selection panel. This step will help selectors to comprehend the applicant’s ability to response to the situations in a team and their psychology. The results of the candidates on the basis of their performance will be compiled and screening of the candidates will be done. Candidates who will qualify previous steps will then be asked to join for next and final step of the selection procedure. This step will be final interview of the remaining candidates by the senior management panel which will make final decision of selection.
