Advent of technology and globalization has raised the requirements for the people to continually develop their technical abilities. These technical abilities need to be fostered from the school environment. Given the limited economic circumstance, many of the schools try to optimize the existing resources. This is done deliberately to increase the competitive advantages of the institution and also develop the student’s ability to sustain in the competitive environment. It is imperative for the school to have the appropriate medium and resources to ensure that the students have access to knowledge. In this analysis, there was a case study conducted between the student’s achievement in Northeastern University in Shenyang and Liaoning University also in Shenyang location.
Both these universities are publicly funded universities. There was a study undertaken to understand the impact of allocation of educational resources in schools and students’ achievement in Northeastern University and Liaoning University. The main focus of the study is to make a comparison of the university ranking between both the educational institutions. The literature review of the educational process and the resources allocation efficiency of schools are analyzed from a theoretical perspective. Recommendations have been presented based on the collation of the data. These recommendations are based on the potentiality of education, establishing valuable assessment system and distributing educational resources rationally.
