Sydney Care hospital is going to be awarded with 200 new beds by the government so that is can fulfill the needs villages around it. There are several issues expected to arise out of the situation and the foremost issue includes the quality of the service the hospital is providing. The advantage of the limited organizational structure falls in the benefit of management. Few people are easy to manage and their progress can be evaluated thoroughly (March, 2013.). The improvements and required changes can be made with ease. The small human resource for a hospital is important as lengthy teams lead to more complexities and problems. The mutual cooperation tends to decrease with increasing human resource as the chances of conflicts and disagreements increases (Jones, 2010). Not only that, team work is greatly required in health care and teams with people having different attitudes are difficult to manage. The strategic goal of the organization rightly depicts the problem by saying “to develop high performing, multidisciplinary teams within the specialist services in order to provide high quality, patient-centered care that is effective, efficient and able to respond to the changing health needs of the population” (Hughes., 2013).
