The actual people who are considering the weight loss, doctor recommendations regarding the specific medical conditions should be considered. Even though the research follows the structure of the Medical association recommendations more data about the health of the individuals needs to be considered. The assumption of the weight loss paradigm is often associated with healthy people making unhealthy lifestyle choices. Genetic factors and other environmental factors that lead to weight gain are more often ignored in these health related issues. There is implicit observation that people choose to be obese by choosing certain detrimental habits. These leads to the sentiment that the people in general make the choice to eat unhealthy foods. This is often not the case. The people are forced to take certain choices in their food habits owing to their medical conditions. The issues of fatigue, anemia needs to be considered. People with heart conditions and the people with diabetes condition often need to handle food habits differently.
