Business ethics is the systematic handling of values in business and industry” (Arbogast, 2013: 5).In both the definition, it is quite clear that business ethics deals with the kind of behaviour an organization must show. In the first definition,Mcnamara stated that any form of behaviour either right or wrong would impact the products or services sold by the company and the stakeholders. In the second definition, Donaldson stated that business ethic is systematic approach of doing what is right by a business within its industry and other related activities. There is no single definition for business ethics and each one varies from the other in certain aspects. In every definition, one thing is related i.e. a business must operate in an ethical manner and at no point of time should resort to any unethical or wrong practices. Therefore, it is expected that all business organization and individuals within every business must abide by some of the moral orders.

In the year 2003, the company was voted as the “most admired companies for community and environmental responsibility” by the Today Magazine. Post-recession, need for business ethics has been felt by every industry under the sun (Barrett, 2016).
