The course that was studied was to learn about the change management systems that exist in the companies. Managing Culture and Change is about the process in which comprehension of the organizational changes can be made in the company. Discussion about contemporary organizational change and the diagnostic process that are selected with the theoretical and practice models are explored. The change management is used to implement changes and reflection as to how they were managed. In this scheme, there was analysis of the theoretical and normative framework where the individuals of the organization were considered. It was alluded that the encouragement to analyse the relevant information for the business knowledge and concepts. The ways to develop critical thinking and analytical skills were deciphered in the programs. Finally, Pecha Kucha presentation was explored to develop about the communication of the students.

The role of being the key negotiator had its travails and issues. According to the change management paradigm, it was deemed that the companies have to foster the appropriate work culture. In retrospection and hindsight, one of the biggest challenges was to build skills and confidence that was involved for the process of change management. In the case of organizational change management, multiple factors must be considered.. This was owing to the fact that everyone had a lot of ideas that can be incorporated into organizational culture and values. These add to the existing issues. Finally, it was decided that the use of theoretical facts and the case study analysis would be deemed appropriate. The case study was devised based on the fact that the companies needed to develop the appropriate skills that were needed for the development of change. This process enabled all the members in the group to understand the importance of group dynamics and organizational changes that are present in the companies. The case study of Toyota Company was analysed for the process of developing comprehensive power and discipline.
