The employees and other stakeholders must be aware of what the business intends to do. The entrepreneur must communicate their own interests as vision for the organization (Kimmons, 2017).
The vision concept for a small business must first identify if they wish to work on aspects related to improving stakeholder benefits or if they are focused on the industry. Concept formulation can only happen after the company comes to a decision on what exactly they intend to do after assessments.
