The argument on which the paper is developed is related to resort ownership on whether hotels should be independent or whether there should be a chain of resorts. This is from the perspective of operators operating the report and spas independently. The issue with independent operators is that resorts require multiple perspectives and responsibilities related to these perspectives which need to be followed and implemented within the operations.
