Kitkat is the most famous chocolate of Nestle brand. Nestle provides global control to Kitkat over its brand as it has no control on the US market (Adeolu, 2005). Kitkat chocolate is a cream filled wafer chocolate. This report will give introduction and detailed analysis of the most famous product of Nestle brand Kitkat (Nestle, 2014). The objective of this report is to provide crucial aspects of marketing for Kitkat brand such as evaluation of external and internal environmental forces and their impact on its whole operation and SWOT Analysis.
Kitkat brand has been in the market from the past 75 years but it still does not gain monopoly because it had faced much strict completion with chocolate companies like The Hershey Company and Cadbury (Pithadia, 2006). These chocolate companies have always targeted children and women in the past but now they are targeting all age groups like men, women and children (Varaprasdreddy, 2006).
The comparison have been made in variations among the brand shares of Ferrero Rocher and Kitkat chocolate have shown in the below chart.  The M&M has been evaluated as Mars which is the second competitor of Nestle (Cadle, 2010).  In this chart Kitkat has been compared with M&M which is owned by Mars Inc (Nestle, 2014).
