The requirement of making changes in the manifesto will bring the change in the society and the culture of the country with the advancement or development of the technology. In Earlier manifesto, the skills of the designers are used in an appropriate way through advertisements but their skills got restricted only to the media. A sudden change of 2000 manifesto makes the designing profession meaningful. They convey the message to the consumers not only through media but also through other written channels and share their knowledge or imagination with them. For example, Netherland country has organized the festival on the Islam holiday to celebrate their tradition (VanToorn, 1998). Two cultures are joining and setting an example in front of others through this way. The advertisements of the article design by the visual designer with the purpose of sharing his imagination and spread the truth in the public. This advertisement is not for any commercial sale. It is just for bringing the good change in the culture. The major problem occurs after publishing the edition of the first Manifesto which brought the social change. These problems are not related with the designers but with the social groups. People from different religion, have different colours and creeds have different priorities or opinion for things (Stevens, 1998). They prefer that designers work upon things that have priority in practical life rather on unessential things. Designing on advertisement of books are important rather than designing for the sale of a hair gel. The social groups consider commercial designing as essential but still focus on the priority.
