Humans have started to threat biodiversity at a large scale and the issue is further exaggerated due to changing climate. At the extreme point, it is the absolute priority of current societies and its people to protect the future. There lies technical feasibility in reducing emissions to some extent and further eliminating them completely (Gardiner, 2010b). Though the issues can be resolved with minor steps such as limiting the use of electricity and preferring sustainable transportation, there are bleak implications involved. Considering the present infrastructure, rapidly controlling such activities will result in economic and social chaos that reflect severe dislocation and humanitarian disaster for the present generation.

No matter what the scenario is, dangerous change in climate can be identified as a subjective concept. This is highly dependent upon individual tolerance of risk and values, more than any other factor. As per scientific understanding, there is a safe level of greenhouse gases in the atmospheric level and exceeding this level becomes dangerous.
