每个人都拥有一些良好的行为习惯和积极的态度但有硬币的另外一面,描绘了的不良行为习惯。在本文中我将展示自己的行为态度,我希望改变,以及它如何将通过变化的不同阶段(Rimm,d . C。&大师,j . c . 1987)。坏行为活动被认为是序曲和可怜的自尊的主要路径在别人面前,有时它会导致情绪障碍的自我。如果一个人有一些行为问题,在这种情况下他或她可能成为别人的问题。
Everyone is blessed with some good behavioural habits and positive attitude but there is another side of the coin that depicts the about the bad behavioural habits of one. In this paper I would demonstrate my own behavioural attitudes that I wish to change and how it will be followed through different stages of change (Rimm, D. C., & Masters, J. C. 1987). Bad behavioural activities are being considered to be the prelude and a leading path of poor self esteem in front of others and sometime it may lead to mood disorders of self. If an individual is having some behavioural issues, in such situation he or she may become problematic for others.
1. Self Assessment
While assessing my own behavioural activities I realized that I am having some serious problems in my personality that can lead to a destructive end and along with my personal life it may affect professional life as well. One of the most important drawbacks of my personality that I have come to know is Guilt Tripping attitude. Guilt tripping can be considered as a situation of frustration where people can never enjoy any moment of their life rather they always stay in the situation of unhappiness. Few other bad habits of my personality are Temper Tantrums and jealousy.
1.1. Guilt Tripping
I always keep a tendency of guilt factor that does not let me enjoy in events and sometime I consider things negatively (Kaplan HI, Sadock BJ. 1998). When things do not go in my favour I get irritated and in such situation I try to irritate and make others sad with my bad behaviours.
