激励理论:马斯洛提供了激励理论，根据马斯洛的理论，每个理论都有一些基本的需要。根据个人需求层次结构，个人的基本需求必须在实现更高层次需求的动机之前得到满足。层次结构由五个层次组成:生理、安全、爱/归属感、尊重和自我实现(Bratton and Gold, 2017)。按照等级的要求，一个人应该身体健康，安全可靠，有重要的人际关系，有信心表现出最好的表现。

A public thank you: The public thank you is considered as the effective instrument for improving the performance level of the employees. The public thank you helps in improving the seal esteem of the employees as well as they encourage providing their best to the organization (Boxall and Purcell, 2009).
Appraisals: The appraisal system is a very good system that supports the enhancement of the performance of the workforce of the organization. The appraisal system supports the HRM managers in assessing the performance of the employees. Moreover, the employees are encouraged to provide better performances from their pervious performances.
Motivation theories: Maslow provides the motivation theories, and as per the theory of Maslow each has some basic needs. As per the hierarchy of needs of the individuals, the basic need of the individual must meet before the motivation for achieving the higher level of needs. The hierarchy is made up of five levels: physiological, safety, love/belonging, esteem and self-actualization (Bratton and Gold, 2017). As per the hierarchy needs, an individual should be in good health, as well as safe and secure with significant relationship plus confidence for delivering his/her best performances.
