But before entering into the Microblog sphere care must be taken to understand clearly as to which group or people to target to achieve the desired result as no sales takes place in the Microblog and it is only an awareness which can be created. The microblog can be used as a effective tool in marketing as they do not try to sell but instead focus more on giving information about the product, and educating the customers regarding the product and the group of followers can be chosen. Even decentralized approach of operations can be achieved using microblogs.
