Steve – The reason given by Jenna is correct but this should not happen especially when the person is getting sentenced and it is the matter and question of the life of a person. In this case moral philosophy and moral ethics will come into play. As when the person is already aware of the scenario and Jenna is quite well aware that Steve is going to murder her for something that she is being innocent at. He should clearly say that in case she is not following humanistic approach and helping the individual in recovering and come out of the sentence problem. Steve should say that he has decided that he has no other option and only to murder her for the kind of wrong thing that has been done on her part. He will never change his mindset and the [philosophy. This is on a note that she is not at all following the humanistic or the humanitarian approach in helping the person. Jenna did not realize what has been done if viewed from the perspective of Human Ethics and Moral Philosophy. He could say that of not directly then surely in some way Jenna could not have done so by finding out some solution in other way of making or following a different approach. She may try to find out the evidences or the statements of the other people who may be of any help in this scenario. This is due to the reason that some person was been imprisoned cannot find out evidences for himself whereas if the person outside can help and find the statements and evidences then he may be released from the charges of the murder that he has not done.
