It is the responsibility of a teacher to form a firm leadership amongst his/her students. Effective leadership is identified as the prime benefactor in achieving school improvement. It is clear from pieces of evidence that the teachers in the USA have well developed the notion of teacher leadership which has resulted in the collective and collaborative enthusiasm by the students in learning together. The teachers are responsible for establishing the mentality among the students to work together and learn together where they construct and refine meaning that leads to a set of shared purpose and goals. The duty of the teachers in collaborating and leading is primarily meant to join forces with the students, families, colleagues and other school professionals in aiding to ensure the proper learning of a student (Wydick, 2009). Collaborating with people of different stratum helps the students to learn the radical forms of education academically and intellectually. If a school arranges for a conference and the students are instructed to work with various people for it, the teachers should influence the students into maintaining harmony by doing so to affect collaborative qualities into the learners.
