Such an act was possible not only due to the organizational commitment of Tyler to expose the company in terms of their trading secrets but also position the company in a favorable situation. Organizational commitment is the bond which is experienced by the employees within their organization. It was observed that employees are extremely committed towards their organization and they feel the connection and the bond with their organization. With respect to Tyler, it was observed that he had no connection or feeling of belongingness with the company which made him expose the activities of Theranos.
